Beaux-Arts Ball: a costume/dress-up ball begun in the Bohemian milieu of the left bank in Paris, where the attendees – artists, musicians, connoisseurs, impresarios and culture hounds – came together for an evening dedicated to fabulously high style and fun. Infectious, the parties encouraged imitators in other cities.
All of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to raising the roof of the Greater Vernon Cultural Centre. What a great way to contribute!
